Instructions to view webcam from a mobile device using Internet Explorer:

Click on LOGIN button

Then login using "stsophia" and password "000000"

Click on stsophia

Click on DVR

Click on CAM1

If you make this one of your favorites, you should be able to view this again without putting in the user name and password.
